PO-K LOCO is a local Denton fast casual food concept that offers a destination for fresh, phenomenal food with endless flavor possibilities.  KOMODO LOCO, our sister restaurant, recognized a growing food trend – offer fast, FRESH, HEALTHY, craveable food. So, we set out to build on our success. We started by taking the amazing flavors we had already created and set out to locate new, unique flavors. As we did at KOMODO, we wanted to fuse them with traditional Poke ingredients to separate them and make em a little LOCO!!! The result is a one-of-a-kind menu that offers an extraordinary selection of signature sushi bowls & nachos.

 

At PO-K LOCO, we really believe you are what you EAT! So many people today are consciously searching for healthy food choices that taste remarkable. To optimize flavor and nutrition our fresh ingredients are prepared daily.  We source high quality sushi-grade fish, but living in Denton, TX we recognize the desire for cooked products, as well as vegan and/or vegetarian options.  In order to offer something for everyone to enjoy, we also provide cooked ginger chicken, black’nd shrimp, smok’d tofu and sweet cook’d beets. All of our signature sauces are our homemade recipes and made in house. On top of that… ALL of our sauces are gluten free. PO-K LOCO strives to provide a GLUTEN FRIENDLY environment.
